My name is Ele. I like figuring out how things work, why they don't, and what would make them better. I'm usually the person asking a few more questions, noticing a connection, or finding a practical way through something complicated.
Groffix is where I explore independent projects alongside my primary professional role. This portfolio brings those experiments together with completed work from my career.
My interests tend to spill into one another. Writing helps me think through a process. Building a tool reveals a better question. An eye for detail catches the small thing that makes the whole experience easier. I enjoy learning what a problem needs and seeing the work through.
I'm pursuing my next role in project management, with a particular interest in systems implementation and operational improvement. Writing, editing, and practical AI use broaden what I can contribute to a delivery team. Currently working toward PMP certification.
