A rollout with more than one finish line.
The Reviewr project began in June 2025 and remains in progress. Its delivery has been phased: scholarship applications, grant intake, and the scoring implementation have distinct milestones.
I lead planning and implementation decisions while working hands-on in the platform with vendor support. My responsibilities include configuration, vendor coordination, testing, issue resolution, and managing changes as the implementation develops.
Keeping planning connected to configuration.
This work combines project coordination with direct implementation. Decisions about delivery have to become working platform configuration, while testing and issue resolution feed back into the plan.
Live phases and remaining work.
Scholarship applications launched on January 1, 2026. Grant intake launched on August 1, 2026. Scoring is in the final implementation stage.
The overall project remains marked in progress because a live intake process and a completed scoring implementation are different milestones. The case study separates delivered phases from the work still underway.
