Selection was part of the project.
The project began in February 2023 and continued through April 2024. Its scope included evaluating and selecting OpenWater, configuring the platform, and bringing two application programs live in phases.
I led the evaluation and selection work, coordinated with the vendor, and worked directly in the platform. Vendor support complemented hands-on configuration rather than replacing it.
Turning requirements into working applications.
My responsibilities included translating application requirements into configured workflows, testing the implementation, and resolving issues before and during delivery. The work connected platform decisions with the practical needs of scholarship and grant applications.
The rollout had two distinct launch milestones. Scholarship applications went live in January 2024. Grant applications followed in April 2024. Treating those as separate delivery phases made the implementation more than a single platform-selection decision.
